Everything I was hoping it would be. Great pan. Have to be careful the pan heats up real quick. First time I used it I browned the food a little too much. Now I got the hang of it. I have a glass top electric range, the pan sits on the glass top evenly and because of the weight of the pan doesn't move around like some of the other pots/pans I have. Cleans up well too.
